Some of my earliest memories of Christmas growing up is that of making homemade candy from an old yellowed hand written candy recipe. Standing over the stove and helping my Mom make homemade peanut brittle or chocolate fudge, knowing that soon we would be eating the delicious candy as well.

Milk chocolate is one of my favorites. Making peanut or pecan clusters a great way to entertain your kids. You can even let them drop the clusters on a greased pan and enjoy their laughter as the do so.
